Privacy notice

Dollop Pte Ltd ("Dollop") runs photobooths for events and the Dollop Print Club. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and how long we keep it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

When you enquire or book with us: your name, email, phone number, company and billing details. At events: the photos taken in our booth. We do not ask event guests for their name, email or phone number unless the event organiser has asked us to email photos to guests.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, send quotes and invoices, run your event, and print and deliver photos. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use event photos for marketing or in our portfolio without the event organiser's written consent.

Who sees it

Our full-time staff, and service providers we use to run the business (email, accounting and photo-hosting services), only as needed to provide our services. Event photos are shared only with the guest who took them and, where agreed, the event organiser.

Our website uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We don't use this to identify you, and you can block these cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Event photos are deleted 30 days after the event unless the organiser agrees a different period with us. Enquiry and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We respond within 30 days.
